Fruit Fractions

Description

Children can be more motivated to learn about fractions if the concept is presented in easy to understand terms. This double layer puzzle features an apple, a pear, and an orange. When the top layer is lifted, each fruit has been cut into fraction pieces. The children can then relate this to their own experiences.
